1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a paid job listing is published and visible on the platform, it is considered a completed service and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error
  • Your job listing was not published due to a technical issue
  • You cancel the service before it goes live

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the original transaction.
